User Functionality should be :

1. User should be able to search for domain names from the Website Database. Domains should be categorized

2. User should be able to see the domain name and it's logos like an instagram page

3. User should be able to see all domain names & download list as CSV

4. User should be able to make an offer for the domain name. (Offer = Email Sent to Admin with Contact Info + Contact Data Saving in Database)

5. User should be able to make purchase to a domain name if Admin sends a private link for Paypal Purchase

Admin Functionality:

1. Admin should be able to add, delete, modify domain names, it's descriptions & logos in bulk

2. Admin should be able to categorize domains by Custom Category

3. Admin should have an option to put a sell price to the domain name. If no sale price, user should be allowed to make an offer to the domain name

4. Easy dashboard & reports to show how many domains have received an offer. Show number of offers per domain name. Show contact info of users that have put an offer.
