Build a Website like Pandora/Spotify -- 2

I need to build a web application like pandora. Here are the tasks involved:- 1) Need algorithm to play according to the listeners choice - Genre, Artist, Time of day etc (Spotify and Pandora are example) 2) Need scraper to scrap music from other websites like soundcloud and spotify as well as a way to convert video to mp3 so we can use that to get music from youtube 3) Need an online player and profile system so that people can login and listen to their choice of music Anything else you can think. SERIOUS BIDDER WILL HAVE ALL THIS INFO AND OTHERS WILL BE SKIPPED.
