Hello , i need Very simple website where it have two parts with the following requirements : 1-website visitor (part 1): #Main page: -Visitor able to see cases ( the case have an image and description and how much is paid and how much is remaining to reach the target ) see :[login to view URL] -Visitor can donate for certain case via either paypal or visa card through payment gateway #Suggest Case: -where visitors have form that they can submit case with attachment #Statistics: -Visitor can see statistics about the website 2-website admin (part 2): -Admin can create case that contains (image, description ,tag, donation target) , by tag we mean type of case (healthcare , educational .. etc) -Close case in which it will disappear from Main page but still counted in statistics -Review visitor suggestion --------------------- NOTES: -we want website that is very similar to [login to view URL] -we are OK with wordpress/joomla/Forking github project or building it from scratch (with any framework that is rubust like django or RoR ) it's all up to you (please specify in proposal) -in case of wordpress or joomla .. etc you have to be able to handle appearance of page and theme ( we don't want the admin to use wordpress admin dashboard ) -use bootstrap or anything responsive framework ####### Important fact: the freelancer we are going to award we will continue working with him in same project for next versions ( we will have 3 or 4 versions )
