Wordpress site needs to be installed, and full customisation work done to make the following template customised to our needs [login to view URL] The site must maintain responsive and features that we have paid for. New logos, help finding background images, creating pages, keeping it dynamic and ensuring new images don't slow down the site. Installing cloud flare and making sure the site maintains a 2 second load time on handheld devices and PCs/macs according to http://gtmetrix.com. You must have high rankings in doing similar work. We want to see the job completed within 2 weeks. All source files will be provided. Once you have installed and created all the pages you will give us 4-5 days to type content into the site and a further 2 days to test it and come back with final fixes that you will need to perform. During the days when you will not be doing design work on the site you will assist with finding any additional images/ installing plugins or other deliverables that will help the site completion be as fast as possible. You will also ensure that basic metatarsi, site map and other SEO work is done to ensure the site can be discoverable as soon as possible. You will be required to have a discussion daily about the progress of the job, what milestones have been reached and what the plan is for the next 1-2 days. Ask any questions throughout the day and be available to answer questions about progress etc within a reasonable timescale (one hour) throughout the project. I have managed similar jobs for years and if the communication is strong, this will be a good and easy job.
