Build a Website With MLM Features.

We are looking to find coders to create the following website within a budget of $500. You will have to create an MLM type website as we will be recruiting users of our websites and they will be recruiting their downlines so on. The recruit process will be signing up with our website after taking a survey and also signing up with another Network. Each recruiting member's Dashboard will tell how many people in his first level and total 10 levels (there will be 10 levels of recruitment of members) and each level's details. Each recruitment will be will be given a $ amount, which will be equally split equally among it's top 10 levels and these $ amounts in total will be shown in the Dashboards of members. Also, as mentioned above, each member signs up with our website after taking a brief survey and as per the survey with double-optin, you will have to integrate with Amazon SES for bulk email sending with double-optin. THE ABOVE IS THE BASIC OF THE PROJECT AND THERE WILL BE SOME ADDITIONAL FEATURES BASED ON THE ABOVE SUMMARY OF THIS PROJECT. IMPORTANT NOTE : NO UPFRONT RELEASE OF THE ESCROW WILL BE DONE. THE RELEASE OF THE ESCROW WILL BE DONE ONLY ON 100% COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT.
