Build a Website Sales of School cards & Sending SMS Messages

We need a website which will allow students or clients to buy admission cards online from us and also allow the clients to sms messages to their respective customers. We need admin login and end user login too. When clients or students buy cards from us, the should get an sms message of the card details on their phone no mater the number of cards bought. Apart from that the should be able to send sms messages to their customers too.
