I can create a comments sections, online chat, voting, subscription (I assume you want to charge for subscriptions?), newsletter, store, blog and podcast -- all these I can add to the site. I can also add SSL for a secure customer checkout for the ecommerce section. I can integrate any existing logos you have, or create new ones if needed. It will also be user friendly and fully responsive -- meaning it will look professional on multiple platforms - pc, tablet, phone, etc. The site layout/theme/colors can be created to your liking.
