I want a website (not posted to a domain) that looks like a FBI login website. I want links to work and a User Login Page. (something like they do in the movies). I want moving green numbers going up and down the paige as well. Needs to have: - Log in Page with moving green numbers on a black background - Must have FBI logo on the page. - Get creative as this project must look really good. - Needs to look like the applications they use in movies for FBI agents. - Needs to have a fake database to log in to - Needs to have lots of working functions (log in page, search page, etc) This is a project where you can get extremely creative. The more better, professional and creative the project looks at the end, the higher pay for you.
