Hello, To summarize the requirements, you need a website where users will sign up using facebook and the site will use fb api for fetching the data like location of all user's friends. So that whenever the user is updating/filling the form of the place he/she is travelling to, her/his friends in facebook of that particular location gets notified with a message. We believe the notification will be in-web notification and can be seen only if you are registered. If not then do you need a push notification feature? To facebook or via text message?
