I am expecting to get a very proper normalised database design from you . what I design is to make you understand what i am thinking. I am definitely not designed very fast performing database design in few min . what I wanted is to understand what I require . there fore it is require a very considerable time from me and your team very considerably and more detail. Please exclude all those who thinks this is not there cup if tea , as I do not want to waste my time and mind .. I can not explain all these once again. what i need is a cloud based plotform that will enable vendors ( ie suppliers - mean who idly a individually placement company or one man company working from home or any one who is have capacity with a database or some one just work from home ) marriage with employers and recruiter's. employer means a company who ready to employ people for their project or for their internal purposes. recruiter or placement agencies is the one who has a number of requirements received from their clients but posting here because they need urgency or over loaded or simple want to use this platform to close their roles as quick as. so we have : 1. Vendor : Who receives offers and respond by uploading his tracker and as well as his cv's to client by due date. He can upload all his profile's at one go for this position or load one by one or .. we need to discuss the perfect way of present his profile with track record online . other wise plotform will not any use. We should give these capabilites - Respond to job offer posted by emp and rec agencies - Agree terms and conditions - Response with profile's ( Min 1 and 3 max for a position ). - Upload tracker with date and time - Track online - request update - chat with emp or rec - 90days period to receive funds. - create a invoice after 90 days - receive from emp / rec agencie - member ship fee to us every month - free for first 1 month - Difft. type's of Pricing others as agreed time to time 2. EMP employer means a company who ready to employ people for their project or for their internal purposes. - Able to post N number of job offer with all details eg job description and other details. - Post a FEE - Confirm terms and condition's - Accept and agree to pay after 90 days of joining - Respond and post updates with in reasonable time - Respond to vendors quires with in time - 3. Jobseeker jobseeker can see what ever posted by EMP / REC and he can responce with his cv. But only vendors can access his / her CV with a FEE payable to us. he can see the job and respond by uploading his CV. We then create a alert online to those vendors who are working on this requirement that these no of people directly if you want you can pay a according to their credit and down load the cv and mail it their client. At any case we do not provide any cV access etc as we are not job board we are just exchange and track the appication's. 5. Powerfull Management console to every one this is the most imp part of the design and I am expecting a powerfull design this area so that every one can do based on their setting etc. we should able to send email / alerts and text so I am expecting to see lot of integration here with socila media and ingratiation with API's etc. Refareance site: [login to view URL]
