Build a Website

I need a travel website app built. Please only reply with specific break downs of how you are able to meet all 8 steps in the process. I would like responses that highlight how much each element is likely to cost. Please no generic responses. Thank you. 1) I need a "Coming soon" landing page which is white background, my logo and a spot for (enter your email for more information). 2) I need a landing page that is responsive and modern. One main picture for the background with logo top left. Sign up/Log in Top right. Some writing over the picture/background with the website motto and a "get started" button which leads to the sign-up page. 3) Sign up page / log-in page. Very simple, but modern. In the same colour scheme as landing page. 4) The landing page will be deep scrolling, with a little arrow on the bottom of the landing page which directs the user to scroll down/click on it to move down. The next level/page will be 3 columns x 1 row with some features/benefits of the website app. 5) The next level will again be 3 columns x 1 row of blog posts. 6) The next will be a testimonial section 7) The next level will be a standard bottom part of the website which as the about us, terms and conditions, contact details etc. 8) I then need the actual travel website app developed. It will require each user to have a log on username and password. They will be directed to their "dashboard/home". They can create a new travel plan. New travel plans open up a "blank work space". They will be able to "select a new event" that they want to create and write details about it. Press save and it will appear in their "blank work space". This "blank work space" will be named and once the user has finished working on it, it can be saved and accessible via their home page the next time they log in.
