Dear Sir, I have read your project description & attached very detailed word document, so my first strong recommendation is that do not use any OpenSource or 3rd Party CRM, rather develop your own Application using some strong framework. Actually, this is a VERY custom Application, means lot of custom features, so no OpenSource or 3rd party CRM will fit with your custom requirements.
