Birthday invitation & cupcake topper design

Hello,
I require someone to design an invitation & some cupcake toppers (which look similar to the invite and toppers in the files I have added).
Once I have chosen the designer, I will provide them with measurements for the invite, a photo to use in the invite and also an illustrator template I already have for the cupcake toppers.
I have a circle & scalloped cutter at home for using on my template which is why I will supply the designer with a template.
I will require the designs in illustrator/vector format so I can add the type/writing to the invite myself afterwards (e.g time of party, address etc). I have Illustrator CS6.
