Adwords PPC Landing Page Design Needed -- 2

We have an eCommerce website that does well organically and with PPC advertising. We currently are using our homepage as the landing page for our Adwords PPC ads. We need a seperate landing page design that will funnel the user to perform only 1 action: [Using the 3 drop down menus for finding their needed product.(Find Your Remote Now!)] You should be familiar with what "Attention Ratio" is with a landing page. We need a 1:1 Attention ratio meaning the MAIN FOCUS of the landing page is for the user to utilize the Year, Make,Model drop down menu search. The design should include the search menu along with our website header element(logo - phone number etc..). If you are experience with Landing page design, you will already understand everything I have described. If you are not familiar with what my description is, you have no point in bidding on this project. All bidders should provide examples of their Advertising Landing page previous designs.
