Hi Naveed, I have another feature I would like added to the plugin. I would like the person booking the tee time to enter names for each golfer when they select more than 1.
If they select 1 golfer, that golfer would be the name of the logged in account in Wordpress. If they select any more than 1 golfer, for each golfer I would like them to be able to indicate if that golfer is a GUEST or a MEMBER. If the golfer is a guest, no further details are needed. If the golfer is a MEMBER, they should be able to pick from other registered wordpress members (just like from the Admin Area). If the other golfer is not a registered wordpress member they should be able to type in a name of the golfer. This would be nice to do with a radio button for GUEST/MEMBER, and then a second radio button (or something different if you have a better idea) to select from registered wordpress users or type manually. This would be a required field each item for each golfer after the first one.
This feature should also be available in the admin area. The only difference is the admin area would let the admin select ALL golfers names (since they are not a logged in user). They would have the same option to select from registered wordpress users or type one manually.
After all the golfers are entered, each registered user should be included on the confirmation email. So instead of the email just going to the person booking the tee time, each person should be included on the confirmation and cancellation email. This DOES NOT have to go to unregistered members. I would also like the email to include the names of the golfers, please just create another variable so I can insert it into the content somewhere, for example %golfers% would prefill the golfers names.
Last, the admin area AND the front end customer viewing area should show the individuals included on the tee time booking. So for example, if I book the tee time and include JOHN SMITH as another golfer, the admin area should show both individuals included on the booking in addition to the count that you already added. The front end area should show the booking for me as the logged in user and JOHN SMITH should see it as a booking he has when he logs in (as long as the booking included him as a registered member). If he was not included as a registered member on the booking it should not show him the booking.
When you provide the estimate, let me know which items are the most costly just in case we need to de-scope some items to meet budget.
Let me know if you have any questions, I want to make sure the requirements are clear.
