Design a flyer for the shop which sells building materials.

We are a one stop shop for all building, plumbing, electrical and drainage supplies. Our main customers are trade professionals and building companies, however we have DIY customers as well. I want designers to design a great looking flyer which we could print out and use for our marketing purposes. I definitely want designers to include map with our location on the leaflet. Moreover, I want designers to mention what we are selling which is (plumbing, electrics, tools, general building materials, drainage, fixings, adhesives, decoration). I also want designers to include 5 reasons to purchase building materials from our shop which are mentioned on our website which is [login to view URL] In addition to that, on our website you can also find names of our manufacturers and suppliers who we are dealing with, so it would be useful to include in the leaflet. Also, I need a a flyer to be designed according to A5 size.
