Design a 3 Website Mockups

BACKGROUND: I have an active current site which lists companies. People can use this site to view various suppliers. Companies pay a monthly fee to be a part of the vendor listing. Companies also have the ability to purchase banner & tile ads. Companies can also pay extra to have their company listing highlighted. The current site has not been updated in a long time. It is very bare and boring. We want to add life to the site, with a modern look and a better user experience and maintain its current Google ranking We are looking for a very modern, aesthetically pleasing design which will allow banner ads, tile ads. Once created, we want it to be accessed easily via Wordpress so that we can add updates ourselves. TASK: Create 3 different draft website architectures (different designs, coloring) using wireframe or an suitable alternatives I will provide more details to the winning bid.
