Design a Website Mockup

I basically need (almost) a clone of countycriminal.com. There are a few changes I'd like to make for example: Adding a place for a video above the fold Below the video having a sales pitch Having a search form in the middle without the "free" part just the part where they enter the search subjects name Getting rid of the stuff below all that. I don't need the judges, clerks or DA's. Nor do I need the map You'll also need to design a checkout form that will work with paypal payments pro. The thing with payments pro is the customer never has to leave my website. It's like a normal merchant account. I need the index to be the same but with a different look and feel. Maybe a police look and feel. An official look. I have a lot more info I can communicate over skype as to what I want. But this is basically a 5 page site and I need it done this weekend.
