Design a Website Mockup

A 4-page Estate Planning website including simple graphics and text, plus an email opt-in. Purpose of the site is to get people to provide their email address to receive a complete list of important documents they should collect in a binder for their heirs (Last Will and Testament, Life Insurance Policy, Bank Accounts, etc). This is a free checklist. Home page, Tips page, FAQs page, and Resources page. Home page will contain short paragraph explaining the purpose of this site. Home page also contains eye-catching "Step 1", followed by instructions to buy certain supplies (binder, pocketed sleeves, and tabbed dividers). Next on Home page is an eye-catching "Step 2". Under "Step 2" is a short paragraph of text and the email opt-in. By completing the email opt-in, visitors will be emailed a free complete checklist of documents they should include in their Important Documents binder. Other pages: Tips page will have lists tips for often-overlook items and common mistakes, FAQs will have list of frequently asked questions with answers, Resources will contain external links to hep people prepare individual documents from the checklist. Every page should have the email opt-in form on it. Every page should have a similar color pallet and design style. Only contact information I'm providing on this site is an email address, so it can be in small print at bottom of the pages.
