Convert Theme to RTL and Magento Installation

I have recently purchased a theme from Theme Forest. The Theme is a responsive e-commerce theme with a blog extension. Have a particular look in mind for the main page of the blog and am currently looking for wordpress themes as well, but I am not too picky as to how the wordpress section looks, as long as it is clean and easy to navigate.
I would like the theme to be converted to RTL, and then Installed onto my Magento and have the website up live through my hosting on GoDaddy.
