We have a simple website where *search* through larger amounts of data is the essential function. The search generates reports, and results from a a database/set of databases. We want someone with expertise in website design/user experience to make the reports and results page nicer/more aesthetic. The functionality on the website is being developed as we speak, so the reports and outputs will likely change. So what I think we need is someone with good knowledge of html and css, who helps with the overall organization of the page and its design.
