I will give the HTML design. I need content management with admin able to manage from back end. Simple site with user log ins. First page-Users will post questions and reply them. Second page- profile page where users can edit their profile Third page- contact us with a form that I will give the design (admin able to edit) Fourth page- about us (basic information) And the admin should be able to add a new page with basic text and images Admin should have the word editor to post any information.
