NOTE: Serious bid only and no place holder bids I am looking for a graphic design to design a new UI for a war game. We are looking to create a game similar to Galaxy at War Online and would like a better UI. Project would include creating graphics and animations. We would like a 3D interface similar to that of Galaxy Legend. We are looking to design a space war game similar to galaxy at war online in terms of the buildings and ship types but with a much more modern and attractive interface. There should be 2 main views: 1. On planet view 2. Galaxy view that can zoom in and out to view other planets, and asteroid in the galaxy. Will want all the buildings in GAWO with better UI show planetary defense in background. Most important and complicate view is planet view. Will also need animation for battle and spy reports.
