I am developing an application for Windows 8, with touch interface being a major factor in design decisions, this application is to aid users in learning to read and write Chinese characters. The application is to be targeted to children and so I would like the design of the application to be as colourful and engaging as possible.

The application current has 3 main pages, plus a number of backend administrative pages. I would like the theme of the application to center around teddy bears.

I am looking for someone to come up with the UI and provide all image assets.
