Fix This Book Please! - open to bidding

We had a person with basic typesetting skills layout this booklet out in InDesign. We need it to go to the printer by this time tomorrow. It was to go to a designer to really give it a complete "styling" but he just dropped out. Need to have something really professional (this looks really cheap). If you have not done this before or have any doubts, please pass on this.
The copy and order of pages is all set - we just need someone with some style to make it look really professional and get us back a printable copy. This is a PDF but everything is ready to be fixed up in InDesign. Can you help by our deadline.
