Design a T-Shirt

Please read carefully!! I am looking for someone who can create stuff like the attached photos of shirt designs. Someone who can create any and every detail on these shirts. If so, i need something similar to these created but of course will be it's own. I dont want the examples replicated by no means. I have 2 vectored images of the cars i need on the design already, however, they will need some improvements and work im sure for you to do what you need to create my design to work and look and feel like these designs. It should save you some time though i hope. It would help if you have a clue what car racing is, especially what dirt late model racing is. It would help if you've done similar work before and can show proof. I've already attempted this project once with a freelancer who swore he was a expert; i'd actually like someone who is very capable of this this time that i dont have to walk away from again. This will be created mainly for the digital printing onto t-shirts with nice, specified colors, gradients, etc but will also need a zero transparent, zero gradient file of the final, and has to look as good, for silk screening onto tshirts too if need.
