CMYK Press Printed Postcard Layout

I need a 4 inch x 6 inch double sided layout. This will be press printed so I need this to be done in CMYK. The postcard is for an elected official's Political Campaign .. I have attached some samples of political campaign layouts I found on google images just to give you an idea of what I am looking for. I will provide one photograph of the person that is running for election. You can choose to extract him from the background if that will be better fr the layout. I will also provide you with the text that needs to be included on the layout. I need this completed asap. Please attach postcard designs that you have done. It would be even better is you have any kinf of politcal campaign layout work you could show me as well.. Thanks
