Hi Freelancer, I am looking to design a simple banner for my wordpress site. This banner would include a background image, maybe an additional layer of an image. ALSO, I would like to include text and an area where I can have people subscribe to collect their emails. A call-to-action button (submit button) would also be included on the banner.
