Pretty simple job, converting a graph in to active HTML. It's important that the text is live text, and not embedded in the picture. This is for SEO and accessibility. The desktop breakpoint is a static pixel width, BUT you must code the mobile break point with percentages. If you understand this write 'totally get percentages and ems' in your bid. This should take a seasoned coder no more than 2 hours, if you can get this done with clean & commented! code I have a couple more for you to do. Take a look at the attached file, and get your bid in. I'd like to get this done by tonight/tomorrow. Winning Bid will get the PSD and the "Arrows" sliced. ie8 compatibility is a bit important so you can't use those new html5 shapes.
