Hello developers! What i need is a site where people can build up their personal contact lists by inviting people to signup for free by adding their name and email adress. There should also be an app connected with the site. Inside their personal backoffice they should be able to send messages to the people that have signed up using their referral url. In the free version they should be able to send one message every 7th day but we want to have a couple of upgrade options to send messages more frequently. To get this project you must also be able to build an app to ios devices and also an android app. The project will be done in 2 steps, the site should be done first and that will be what you are bidding at right now, and after the site is done and tested a private project will be created for the apps.
