Build a startup dashboard with some functions

Please note : 1) Project is backend only (except payment integration which can be done with any button) 2) Project has to be completed within 15 days. 3) I need a team which can do this and not some individual please. 4) Don't ask for full milestone as this you will guaranteed be ignored. Here are the decided milestone payments : 1) Login + sign up implementation 2) Dashboard + generate idea page 3) Framework page 4) Brand naming 5) Dev sheet 6) Launch board 7) Migration to our server and testing to make sure everything is working.
