Build a simple PHP script

Hi, I need a PHP script designed that enables the user to view/use multiple websites side by side at the same time. Simply put, there is a URL bar at the bottom of the page that if it isn't a URL entered, it searches Google. On the right side, there is a small plus that when you click adds a website. You can adjust the size of each website by dragging the divider line between them. I'll provide more details and rough mockups. I won't accept any bids higher than $35.
