Hello, I know what exactly you need. Currently best E-commerce CMS online is Magento (CE edition is free), another option would be WooCommerce. Magento extensions can be pretty expensive, so I'd need all functionality you want, if you want fixed shipping, shipping based on weight, if you need recurring payments....every small detail matters so I can give you estimate how much would it cost. I can make your site in any of those CMS systems but WooCommerce would be bit easier. First we need to agree on functionality then design (unlimited revisions until project starts). After this, the project starts, and there should be no more design or functionality changes (if there are changes it's double work for my designer and for me and this would be charged extra). I would require 10% of project cost upfront (that is freelancer provision) and after design is complete another 10%, after design is implemented 30% and rest after whole project is done. Only thing that we request is that you put in an escrow deposit that you do not release till the end of the project.
