The work is: To create a website like [url removed, login to view] without the iPhone and Android app. Just the website (with registration, client area, support tickets...) AS THE MENTIONED WEBSITE.
No CMS please. Just HTML5, PHP, CSS ...
Tha admin panel should have the same design: white transparent background and blue (css3) backgrounds for menus.
The admin should have the possibility to create different level accounts: Support Level 1 , Sales ... Minimum of 5 roles required.
When a client opens a ticket its the client automatically receives an email with an automatically generated Ticke reference and can access the support website to follow the answers.
AND ALL THE STARDARDS OPTION NORMALLY RELATED TO ADMIN PANELS
