I am a home builder and I use credit cards for materials on multiple jobs. I am really struggling to track my CC expenses for each job, know what is owed each month on each job, tracking payments assigned to each job, etc.
I have tried Excel and Quicken and spend hours each month trying to figure out things. I don't think it's a complicated thing, it's just something my brain can't figure out and track.
I need to be building houses, not digging through spreadsheets and CC statements.
Please help me!! I am open to any suggestions on how you can track this for me and keep up with it.

For this type of project I recommend a simple website in which you can add the costs for the supplies and then add in your revenue from the project.
