Build a Website

We are looking for an expert designer and web programmer to help our company build a new website. This website will be a marketplace where sellers living in Japan can sell Japanese goods to people living in other countries around the world. There needs to be login functionality for both sellers and buyers. When sellers log in, the language will be Japanese (we can help with this part as we have native Japanese speaking members on our team). However, the rest of the site including homepage and all pages that the buyers see will be in English. In the future, we want to allow buyers to change the language and currency that they see on the site. For now, we are thinking to give only options for English and Japanese to buyers as those are the only languages we know. Sellers will be able to post products for sale with images, descriptions, shipping details, etc. Buyers will be able to like items, favorite stores, and buy items. They will also be able to view their orders, account info., etc. We want to use paypal as the payment system. Systematically speaking, when a customer buys an item from a seller, a percentage of the sale will go to my company and the rest will go to the seller's account, which they can then transfer to their paypal account. We are looking for someone who is able to provide a cool looking website that fits our image that functions smoothly without problems, and who is available to talk whenever we need them. We are looking for a long-term relationship as we plan to have more projects in the future that we will need help on.
