Bigcommerce expert for creation of custom order status updates

I am looking for a BIgCommerce PRO. Someone who REALLY knows how to use it well. If you work with Bigcommerce then you already know that stores have few Order Status Updates that we can send to our customers who purchase something from our stores. We store owners don't have the ability to add custom status updates beyond the ones they provide which is very limiting to certain businesses like us that have products that are made to order and have various steps involved beyond the standard and limited ones they provide. You need to be very experience and a very neat and careful developer and coder. We have a very busy site and you have to make sure you double check everything very carefully so as not to make many mistakes and cause any instability with our site. We are looking for someone fluent in English who will answer all our questions and not rush to do things without consulting with us and make mistakes all over the place over and over. We would like our own custom order status updates. Perhaps four or five of them such as these examples: 1. Thanks For Your Order 2. Order Being Made 3. Order Being Packed 4. Survey Questions 5.
