We are looking for a highly experienced ASP.NET MVC 5 developer for our brand new web start-up. This is a great opportunity for a successful candidate to work with cutting edge technologies (asp.net mvc 5, azure, exchange api ...) and get some interesting business knowledge. We have a long term plan for expanding our business (adding new features, creating new websites etc), so successful completion of this job will deferentially be a good start for future partnership. Skills Mandatory skills: ASP.NET MVC 5, Bootstrap, Angular,jQuery, UnitTesting, DataBase knowledge,proven ability to build responsive websites Nice to have skills: Telerik ASP.NET MVC (Kendo UI), PayPall payment gateway integration experience, exchange API knowledge, Microsoft Azure (all api interactions are well documented on the Internet and also will be covered in tech specification, so feel free to apply if you have strong mandatory skills but missing some of "nice to have skills") Project Description A website where user can buy/sell and manage their online wallets. User functions: -buy/sell -pay with card or paypall account -transfer funds to/from other wallets -check order/transaction history -manager personal information (address, name etc) -manager account data Administrator functions: -manager users -check order/transaction history broken down by user/trade type etc -manager payments and fees note: detailed functional requirements will be provided in technical specification Technical requirements [login to view URL] MVC 5 website hosted in Windows Azure -3-tier architecture -Window Azure sql storage as DB -Controller's methods must be unit tested (nUnit is recommended unit testing framework and RhinoMock is recommended mocking framework) -IOC containers for injecting dependencies (ninject/unity/mef - up to you) -OR mapper (entity framework) and repository pattern for data access layer -Resharper for code formatting -Daily commits You will be asked to answer the following questions when applying: Why do you think you are a good fit for this particular project? I think test driven development is great because the test will help shape the system under test until you have been able to encapsulate enough functionality to satisfy whatever tasks you happen to be working on. Unit testing is one of the basic component of the TDD which are unit tests, functional tests and acceptance tests. I have worked as a test engineer and I have experience in functional and acceptance testing. I can share a sample of the MVC project I am working on if you would like to see it.
