Very Simple iPhone App with Graphics

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for a long-term partner in app development and have decided to start off with one of my simpler projects to screen potential partners. I've posted this project three times, however, there seems to be some confusion as to what is required so I will try to include as many details as possible. The final look and layout of the project will be discussed with the freelancer I award the project to. What I will need is the following: - An app with a splash/introduction page and one other page - The user will need to shake the phone in order to enable functionality of the app - Once shaken, a certain part of the screen will trigger the phone's vibrate function when touched and make a certain sound - The app will need very clean and simple graphics for the splash page, main page, and icon - If you cannot provide the graphics, I will need the name of a reputable graphic designer - The app will include ads - I will need help testing and submitting the app in the iTunes store - If possible, I would like a quote for developing for the Android system as well.
