This app tracks time spent working while not at work, and helps you submit additional timesheets to your employers as well as legal guidance by local attorneys. The Net Worth app connects to your call log, and tracks calls and emails that are related to work. Those minutes are logged and you can print a report to give your employers, so that they can pay you for that time.
In many states, employers are obligated to pay time that is ‘off the clock’ when employees deal with or engage in work related activities. These could be phone calls, texts, emails or even social medias like FACEBOOK. More than likely, this falls after a 40 hour workweek, and employers do not build in this time to the work week schedule. Failure to pay these wages can result in lawsuits, which usually become class action lawsuits because this trend is common amongst all organizations. Hence, employers can be given a simple legal letter from our expert hand picked attorney groups.
