Upgrade UI design of existing website - Australia - repost

The company has an existing website, http://www.bedsonboats.com.au. We are interested in modifying the design of the existing website. This project is for the User Interface DESIGN ONLY and not for web development or implementation. We have a development team which will implement the end design and so you may need to liaise with them to facilitate implementing your design. The purpose of the new website is to make it immediately obvious what the website relates to (ie. the advertising of houseboats available for hire in Australia) such as introducing a photo of a houseboat on the Murray River on the home page; as well as an area to promote existing houseboats on the website. We can provide some photos if needed or otherwise you can purchase iStock photos or similar out of your own costs. Budget: $500 - $1000. Designers with strong English skills only please. Please include a direct link to your portfolio of web based User Interface design, although if your experience in this area is limited, other media design. Please note that we may not proceed with this project if we are not completely satisfied with the any designers based on their portfolio. We are looking for the best designers in our budget, not the cheapest. Design Requirements: 1. New design for the home page. The search engine should be the focus of the home page. Currently there is a map which enables new visitors to the website to immediately identify where in Australia houseboats are available for hire. User feedback suggests this map, as part of the search engine, is confusing. We would however like to work with the designer to somehow incorporate this map still into the website and which is easily accessible from the home page. 2. Modified design for the search results so the look and feel is consistent with the home page. This is mainly a focus on font types, sizes, colours etc. - the existing layout is acceptable but we are open to suggestions from the designer. 3. Modified design for each houseboat's webpage. Additional requirements: We would like 2 - 3 preliminary designs or wire-frame designs on the new home page layout with a reasonable number of revisions to any of the designs. Whilst we don't want to restrict it to a particular number, we would expect there to be 2 revisions to 2 initial home page designs, followed by perhaps a 3rd and maybe 4th minor revisions on 1 of the designs. The existing logo should be used and we would prefer the new design to complement the existing logo and colours (ie. blue, black, orange; and perhaps the introduction of a 4th colour).
