A3 Poster RE DESIGN

I need a high resolution A3 Portrait style poster redesigned. I have attached the design I have come up with, the colour scheme needs to remain similar, with the main picture and all details remaining. I just want this redesigned so that it looks nice, half of this design looks ok, but I would like other designers input and provide MOCKUPS! The best design will win this project. As you can see from my feedback, if you design a great look I will pick you. ATTACHED: 1. I have attached the JPEG document that needs to be redesigned 2. I have also attached the actual PHOTO to be used, please CLEAR CUT the picture from the background so that you can clean the background of the picture up, as it's cut off halfway. 3.
