I am looking for a web designer based near Croydon (UK) who can create newsletters, banner ads, landing pages for our email campaigns and various other web based design tasks on an ad-hoc basis. I wish to work on a fixed price per job basis. I anticipate fairly regular assignments. I also need some SEO work on our website
