Design a monthly free community newspaper -- 2

I need a local graphic designer. I leave in South New Jersey, USA. You must live no more than 25 miles away from Merchantville, NJ; and on the Jersey side, no in PA. Need to talk to you face to face, show you what I need and see your work as well. Do not answer this post if you do not meet this requirements. Thanks. I need you to design a monthly free community paper. The newspaper basically contains, classifieds, coupons and advertisement. All the art and pictures will be provide to you. You just have to organized them and make them look good. The newspaper may be 10 to 15 pages to start. When you are done you have to save everything in pdf and send the file to the printer.
