Design and layout a 40-page adult content magazine

I have a requirement for a designer to work with me to design and layout a 40-page A5 magazine containing adult material - in the main the content will be dating listings, but there will also be a number of adverts to design and place.
This will be a bi-monthly release and the chosen provider WILL be hired to work on each release of the magazine.
You will be given as much artwork as I can get my hands on from the client; you will be given all dating advert information in electronic format so you do not need to retype the content.
You will be required to source and if necessary purchase suitable soft/hardcore imagery - we can supply a suitable site if required - and all images not supplied by us are to be royalty free and not taken from any illegal source.
The chosen provider will be required to supply hi-res PDF and InDesign (or alternative) files.
Any questions please message me, budget has been fixed by the client but you will not be told what it is until you have assessed the project and bid (changing bid after questions is fine, but once you have told me that the bid is your final price I will assess you based on what I know the client is willing to pay).
