Cute Character illustration for our brand

For our company website we need someone to create our main character ( the company's mascot) - it has to be a "baby elk" that is looking cute and fun.
You can use any technique and medium to draw the baby elk. We need the baby elk as .psd , and .png file
Our requirements:
- design a baby elk
this one comes very close to what we expect

- We are looking for a character 'out of children book'
- The illustration should be brandable and stand out, it should be recognizable
- exclusive design for us
Designers should be:
* Able to show examples of previous work that is of a similar scope.
* Willing to deliver work in the format as required.
Later we will need more pictures for print products as well as 2d cartoons and further characters. (friends of our baby elk)
