Designer for Web-Based Game on Maths Concept

We are looking out for a game designer, to design a web based game on math concept. Its for an online game that will be used to help teach maths to students. Freelancers who are working in Mumbai / India will be preferred, as this project would require regular interaction and monitoring. We have been conducting research on tools / games which would enhance the learning experience of kids in the age group of 12 to 17 years. This game is on the maths topic - Trigonometry. It will involve concepts / storyboard and designing specific characters / places. A designer with prior game design experience would be preferred. We want to start with one game initially, before rolling out games on other topics in the series. I believe this will help us in getting a proper understanding of the market.
