Convert .PSD + .AI -> HTML + SVG

Hello, I'm looking for someone to convert to html. Please see the screenshots attached. Screenshot "Landing 1" is what users should see when they first arrive on the page. IMPORTANT: The page should scale with screen size so that everyone sees it in full screen. -The fighters are vector graphics (so that they can scale with screen size). -The frame / poster around the fighters should be css as much as possible. It should also scale with screensize. -The rest should be css as much as possible The second screenshot "landing 2" is what users should see when they scroll down. We should support IE 7+. -I will provide PSD and AI file to the winning bidder -Result should look exactly like the PSD -There will be only 1 milestone. I will pay it after the html is delivered and tested -In your bid you should include how you plan to integrate the illustration and make it scale Thanks for reading
