creative design unique mobile app + facebok app interface - repost

We have a Facebook app in need of a user interface design. The skills need can be summarized as having the ability to represent raw data ( groups of numbers ) creatively. So it's easy for the user to understand - the more creative the better. The design should allow the user to manipulate the data in creative ways that is also easy to understand. Can also tie in to the idea of representing raw data in symbolic form. The Facebook app will also be available for popular mobile platforms. So keeping in mind the available real estate is important. Skinability and color options are good to incorporate. The raw data mentioned earlier will fall on a bell curve - and since that's rather boring, we will want to represent different segments of the curve in more creative and playful ways. The said 'raw data' represent a relationship between the user and a group of people/friends. So the data is personal and the design should incorporate that element of it. We want the application to have a game feel which should be fun and sticky. Will provide more details once we begin. Please show related work.
