Create Print and Packaging Designs

I am wanting to create a lifesize cardboard cut out for display within stores that stock our product. I have attached a very rough mock up of the idea I am wanting created. The total size of the design must fit within 1900mm x 600mm.
The product that we are promoting is called Wakaflex. It is a roof flashing that is an alternative to lead. We want to get the message across that lead is old, heavy and the old way of doing things, whereas Wakaflex is light, easier to handle and the new way of flashing your roof.
Here is a description of the design I am wanting created.
1. On the left hand side will be an older, uglier, chubbier female. On the right hand side will be a younger, slimmer and more beautiful female. They will be somewhat back to back, possibly overlapping to fit within the 600mm width (like the males in my mock up). Stock images of such females will need to be found, that will also fit the needs listed below.
2. The female on the left hand side will be shown holding a roll of lead. This will need to be edited to look like she's actually holding it, and is somewhat struggling as it is very heavy.
3. The female on the right hand side will be shown holding a roll of Wakaflex (our product). As it is much lighter than the lead, it doesn't look like she is struggling at all. She is presenting it with ease.
There will be some text and images overlaid eventually... But right now I was just wanting to have the above designed to see if it can be made to look realistic (Like the females are actually holding the rolls of lead and Wakaflex). If an effective and eye catching design of the above brief can be made, we would then go ahead and make all the final changes.
The designer will need to provide images of the female models. They need to be real life models not cartoons.
